In 2021-22 We Built the World’s Only 3D Stone Art Roof

• STONE BUILDING TECHNIQUE: Modern Stereotomy/ In 2021, I proposed to the client the idea of using the stereotomy approach vis-a-vis modern stone cutting technology to achieve the functions required but with the highest level of beauty. Fortunately, everyone agreed and the fabricator did a superb job of cutting the stone with their wire saw and 5-axis machine.                                      

• THE STONE: The "charcoal" Lueders limestone is quarried in Texas.

• WOOD DECKING: Thermo-treated Ashwood  

• PEDESTAL SYSTEM: Buzon BC-Series (Belgium)                                                               

• DECK PATTERN: Running bond                                                                                                  

• PAVER SIZES: 1.5" x 24" x 36/75 pounds                                                                                                                                                                                      

• WALL CLADDING: varies in size + shape/up to 250 pounds / 

• CLADDING SYSTEM: Stone Clip (Australia)                                                                  

• STONE LANDINGS: 9' x 3.5' and 5' x 6'/approximately 720 pounds
